Christopher Alvin Stapleton is an award-winning American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He started his career in Nashville as a sought-after songwriter for well-known country artists. In 2013, he signed with Mercury Nashville as a solo artist and released his debut album, Traveller, in 2015. The album was recorded at RCA Studio A in Nashville and was inspired by the passing of his father, a coal miner.
